Celebrate traditional Turkish design with this beautiful ceramic Golden Horn Pattern mug.
These mugs feature a solid white background and you can either pick red or blue color hand drawn spiral designs and floral motifs. The Golden Horn has been one of the most important historical symbols since the Byzantine Empire. The pattern symbolizes the circular water movements on the Golden Horn.
Description
This ceramic gramophone is molded by pouring liquid clay into specially designed and patented molds. Later, lines and symbols are carefully drawn and painted by hand. It is 12 inches long, 8 inches wide and 6 ½ inches tall. Perfect for decorating your office, kitchen, bedroom or even bathroom.
After it is all set, the piece is glazed with non-toxic and lead-free solution and fired at around 1920 F degrees (1050 C degrees) to bring out the colors and make the piece last for decades.
Please understand that all our products are lovingly and completely made by hand, and there might be size and color differentiations. Our artisans do not use a template to paint this product. This makes each item unique and beautiful on its own.
This product is made in Kutahya, Turkey and later shipped to Mendon, Massachusetts for assembling and packaging.
Kutahya, known in ancient times as Cotyaeum, is a Turkish city located in the western part of the country. It has long been famous for its pottery and ceramics, with production dating back to the 15th century.
