Description
Both the bases and lids for ginger jars are uniquely shaped by hand on a potter’s wheel. Later, motifs are drawn and painted by hand.
After it is all set, the piece is glazed with non-toxic and lead-free solution and fired at around 1920 F degrees (1050 C degrees) to bring out the colors and make the piece last for decades.
Each ginger jar comes in a set of three. The smallest is 9in tall and 5in wide. Medium is 11in tall and 6in wide. Large is 13in tall and 7in wide.
Please understand that all our products are lovingly and completely made by hand, and there might be size and color differentiations. Our artisans do not use a template to paint this product. This makes each item unique and beautiful on its own.
